Welcome to my personal website! I'm Cathy Chang, a photographer and filmmaker who is exploring the beauty of life on Earth. I am grateful for this lifetime where we meet here.

 

I was born and raised in the mysterious borderlands of western China. I have spent more than twenty wonderful years on educational journeys in China, Russia, and the United States.

 

During my nearly 6-year career, I have been involved in various fields such as advertising, television, film, and new media, holding different positions and responsibilities. I have won the "Asian American Stories Film Award". In this era of innovation in world media and technology, I dare not lag behind. I learn and utilize these progressive methods to create and express myself, while also exploring and narrating this seemingly eternal but ever-changing world using traditional or even simpler methods.

我在神秘的中国西域边境出生长大，先后在中国、俄罗斯、美国的教育之旅中度过了精彩的二十余年时光。

 

在我近6年的职业生涯中我涉足了广告、电视、电影以及新媒体等不同领域，并担任了不同职位与责任，获得过“亚裔美国故事电影奖”。在这场世界媒体与科技的革新进程中，我丝毫不敢落后，学习并运用这些与时俱进的方式来创作来表述，同时也会使用传统的甚至更为朴素的方式来探索和讲述这个看似永恒却又变化莫测的世界。
